SPOILER BEGINS HERE!
Ok, you will need to wait until the fly lands on the window. Click him (or her) and he will turn in to a key. You will have to click and drag the fly-key to the key hole in the door. If you unclick, the key turns back in to a fly.
Once you open the door, you will see three little symbols lying on the "desk" behind the door. If you have seen the UK artwork for the cover of Deathly Hallows, you will recognize these three pieces and arrange them in a particular order.
If you don't know the symbol and just want me to tell you, here is the order:
1. The circle should be moved to the line and placed so the the line intersects the circle down the middle, cuttint the circle in half. Also, the circle needs to be towards the bottom or lower end of the line. The circle will "sparkles and chimes" when it is correctly placed.
2. Place the triangle so that the line and the circle are within the triangle, with the line running from the top point of the triangle and ending on the flat bottom of the triangle.
3. I've included a copy of the symbol on the UK cover below.
4. Good luck!
