Yippie me!
I get to student teach at EAST GRAND RAPIDS HIGH SCHOOL!!!! This means I have to purchase a thousand dollar wardrobe prior to my first day - ha. I don't got no stinkin' thousand dollars. Alas...
Actually, it sounds like mucho fun-o. Believe me, I never thought I'd say that. It has been my firm intent from a long time ago to never, ever be a teacher even though that is what my masters is in - I mean to say, my masters is in education, but a teaching certificate comes with it.
The experience of being a student in the graduate education program has been a wretched, awful experience. To dwell on it long enough to write about it would ruin my day. Thus, I am forced to beg you to believe me without evidence.
The upshot of all of this is simply that my time may be in short supply, and this blog - sadly and mournfully - may fall in to disuse for a season...
Do not despair!!! I will return!!! Remember, there's always summer vacation!
