Real Live People
I've been reading Real Live Preacher and then connecting off his blog to others...
There are moments when I look around and wonder if I'm nuts...times I want to run out to the street, grab the first person I see and ask them if I seem crazy to them. Hmmm...
Then I read these people, and I know I have found my people. And I'm so thankful for them.
I'm glad they question. I'm glad they're honest. I'm even glad they cuss at raccoons.
One of my favorite things Jesus ever said is "From the days of John until now, the Kingdom of God has been forcefully advancing, and forceful people lay hold of it."
I'm glad to be with people who charge in where angels fear to tread, who ask questions that scare us and who fling wide their arms and drink in this life with all it's bitterness and sweetness.
